About

I am a mathematician who loves to travel. The travel bug first bit me when I won a free trip to Europe (no, really) at the age of 16. We went to England, France, and Switzerland, where I developed a chronic case of wanderlust. In college, I studied abroad in Germany and backpacked through Europe afterwards. To feed my wandering spirit without breaking the bank, I like to extend conference trips and churn credit cards for rewards. I have recently gotten into backpacking and am looking forward to doing some longer hikes soon.

I document my travels (and the credit card shenanigans it took to get there) in this blog. Oftentimes you’ll see me with Tim, my wonderful husband and travel partner!
